My main focus in 2020 has been on consulting and advisory work. More than ever in the pandemic context I found meaning and satisfaction in helping leaders build more resilience in their organisations by developing sustainable innovation ecosystems.

But following a year, 2019, that had been mostly dedicated to writing The Invincible Company, I tried to maintain good writing habits in 2020, which concretely materialised in:

- 12 posts for the Strategyzer blog or my personal blog,

- A contribution to a white paper: “Chasing European Unicorns” by AmCham,

- The release of The Invincible Company in April 2020.

In 2021 I’ll focus my writing on “lessons from the field”. I’ll regularly share key learnings from applying the ideas laid out in The Invincible Company to help leaders build more resilience in their organisations, bounce back from the challenges 2020 brought them, but also seize the new opportunities those challenges opened up.
